1956-59. All cars produced used a 2.2L in-line I6 attached to a
four-speed manual transmission. A new "ponton" integrated body
offered more interior room and comfort. The 220S was priced well
below its big brother 300 series but still offered the same quality
build, engineering, and forward-thinking design. While displaying
luxury features including leather seating and real walnut wood
interior trim. This 1959 Mercedes Benz 220S Saloon is painted in
