Gateway Classic Cars of Orlando is proud to present this stunning
1977 Lincoln Versailles. Through the 50s and 60s the Lincoln brand
sailed as a leading luxury automaker with their ever evolving
lineup of full size sedans, coupes and convertibles. In the 70s
European automakers were quickly gaining market share and so
Lincoln responded with their first midsize offering, the
Versailles. Built on the Ford's Granada platform the Versailles
carried Lincoln into the 80s. This example you see here is dripping
in style with its Wedgewood Blue paint and white vinyl top. As you
walk around the vehicle you'll notice nice details like the white
wall tires, full body length side molding and Continental kit
styled rear trunk lid. Take a seat inside and you're greeted by
American opulence. The front bucket seats are lined in bright white
leather and are split by a center console with padded armrest. The
rear seat is equally luxurious in the same leather and with a fold
down center arm rest. Also note the very rare factory moonroof!
Under the hood is a 351 cubic inch V8 and is paired to a 3 speed
automatic transmission. Imagine how this Lincoln can get up and go!
According to the owner the listed mileage is believed to be
original to the car. If you're looking for a sharp example of a 70s
luxury cruiser this is the one you want to own! Options include AC,
AM/FM radio, spare tire, power brakes, power steering, power seats,
power windows, cruise control, seat belts, leather interior and
radial tires.
