Gateway Classic Cars Denver showroom is excited to present a 1974
Ford Bronco. (only 25,824 sold in 1974)If you haven't noticed
lately, vintage 4x4s are heating up the collector market and the
first-generation Ford Bronco is leading the way Ford introduced the
Bronco in 1966 to compete with the growing category of small 4WD
vehicles like Jeep's CJ-5, International Harvester's Scout, and
Toyota FJ. When the Bronco was first produced, it was a completely
new vehicle for Ford. The frame and other key suspension components
were not shared with any other vehicle in the Ford lineup. The Ford
Bronco is arguably one of the most iconic small SUV body styles
ever produced. This one is riding on Dick Cepek Fun County's
33/12.5/15. Under the hood, a 302 CID Ford V8 provides plenty of
muscle to get this baby going wherever you want to go, and the
3-speed C4 automatic transmission has a wide enough gearing ratio
for both off- and on-road adventures. First optional Automatic
available in 1973 model year. The engine was rebuilt about 3 years
ago with less than 5K Miles on it. the Transmission has also been
rebuilt about 6 K miles ago. Additional features: Am/FM radio,
Power Steering, Custom Wheels, Radial Tires, Seat Belts, Spare
Tire.
