Gateway Classic Cars of St Louis is proud to have for sale this
1948 Chevrolet 3100 pickup. This restomod 3100 is full of upgrades
and deserves to be shown off. If you couldn't tell from the stance
of this ride, it is heavily modified and updated in almost every
category. The drivetrain in this truck is actually out of a 2005
Chevy Silverado and features a 5.3L vortex V8 and a 4l60e
transmission. Neither the engine or transmission have more than
3000 miles on them and were said to have been pulled from the donor
truck before it ever rolled 500 miles. Holding up the engine is a
1969 Camaro front subframe and suspension with disc brakes. The
rear end is from a 1999 Chevy S10, also with disc brakes. Inside
the vehicle you will find a custom interior with several
aftermarket options from Mike's Custom Interiors. If the dash looks
familiar, its because its from a late 50's impala but has been
retrofitted with some modern Dakota digital gauges. Inside the
truck you will also find that the air conditioning is blowing nice
and cold and the cabin is very comfortable. All in all this truck
is loaded with updated features and is ready to hit the open road.
Don't miss your chance to own this sweet ride!
