Gateway Classic Cars Milwaukee is excited to present this 1959 Ford
Ranchero Longhorn edition. A model that was produced on and off
from 1957-1972. Built on a car platform integrating a cab with a
pickup cargo bed. The 1957-59 Ranchero was built on Fords full-size
station wagon platform. Basically, built with two trim levels, one
for commercial use and an upgraded custom model with the same
options as the Ford Fairlane. By 1959 only the custom model was
available with a longer seven-foot bed giving the Ranchero
advantage over its competitors. Marketed in many paint colors
including solid and two-tone combinations. This 1959 Ford Ranchero
is painted in a classic two-tone white/bronze finish. Accented with
a two-tone brown vinyl interior. Dual chrome outside mirrors,
bumpers and trim add to this Rancheros 1950s classic persona.
Aftermarket chrome wheels are also a nice addition to a great
looking truck. Under the hood is a 4.8 Y-block V-8 attached to a
three-speed transmission. An aluminum radiator has been added for
better cooling.
