1940 LaSalle Series 52 Coupe finished in Vanilla Milkshake paint.
This car has been street rodded with some welcome additions. Riding
on wide white tires with painted wheels with beauty rings and
center caps. This car is ALL STEEL, plus the fit and finish of the
doors and panels are very clean! Chrome and brightwork in nice
shape and complements the car very nicely. The chrome was done at
Classic Chrome in Indy when the car was being built. Paint was done
by Smiley's body shop and the trim on the interior was done by
Lion's Custom Trim out of Brookville, OH. Powered by the 350 V8
that is paired with a TH350 automatic transmission. Nicely equipped
with aluminum radiator, chrome dress-up, Edelbrock Performer RPM
intake, HEI ignition, power steering, power brakes, and A/C.
Burgundy leather/cloth bench seat interior with the pearl and
burgundy carrying through to the dash and more. Tilt column, Grant
banjo-style wheel, cruise control, concealed stereo, and power
windows as well. Stereo is behind the chrom in the dash with air
controls located above it. Door handles and trunk handle have been
shaved and replaced with electric door poppers. The trunk also
includes CD-changer, battery tender, and automatic closure! Seats
and interior are all in great shape. Classic gauge cluster fits the
build well while the temp gauge has been rewired to an auxiliary
gauge on the steering column. Great sounding, classy Street
Rod!
