Gateway Classic Cars of Denver is proud to present this Rare 1970
Pontiac Grand Prix SJ This Tiger Gold Grand Prix SJ Comes equipped
with the optional 455cid V8 4bbl along with the optional Hurst
Equipment package. The "SJ" code is the sport offering of the
traditional "J" code Grand Prix one step below the coveted "SSJ
Hurst Performance Research Edition" Grand Prix. As Stated above
this SJ Grand Prix was optioned with the bigger 455cid V8 that
still shared the D-Port heads with the 400cid V8 but the 455
produced an extra 50 lb.-ft of torque taking that number to 370
backed by a rugged TH400 three speed automatic transmission. Out
back you will find a "Type-C" 12 bolt differential with 3.07 posi
rear end that put all that power to the road. This car recently was
repainted its original color and is in great condition. The
interior is parchment white and is also in very nice condition and
is ready for that Saturday night cruise or Sunday morning show. Do
not miss your opportunity to own a piece of Rare Pontiac history.
