Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville is proud to present this 2002
Harley-Davidson Heritage Softail.Very few motorcycles have the
notoriety and presence of a Harley-Davidson. The Softail design was
imagined by Bill Davis and he approached Harley but was turned down
so he worked to produce his own bike. When the business failed
Harley approached him and bought his patents and tooling and in
1983 for the '84 model year the first Harley-Davidson Softail was
introduced to the market. The design is loved by many as it hides
the rear suspension components giving it a rigid look from the
past. As you walk around the bike you can clearly tell it has been
well cared for. The maroon and black color combo goes very well
together. Powering her is a 96 CID motor and the rider can change
through the 5-speed transmission manually. This Harley is sporting
a Vance & Hines Exhaust, backrest and chrome. Only 14k miles has
elasped since new! Current owner has had her for over 4 years and
is stated to be a 2 owner bike! Title is clean and clear and ready
to be transferred into your name now! If you are after a very
original Heritage Softail with low ownership and very low mileage
you need not look any further! Options include White Wall Tires and
Wire Wheels. This 2002 Harley-Davidson Heritage Softail is offered
by our Louisville Showroom and can be seen in greater detail
