Gateway Classic Cars of St. Louis is proud to present this 1956
Ford Fairlane Victoria! Options for this 1956 Ford Fairlane
Victoria include: AM/FM Radio, Hub Caps, Power Steering, Seat
Belts, Vinyl Interior, and Wide White Wall Radial Tires. The look
and color wheel on this 50s timepiece sings praise to an era of
firsts. Today we get to celebrate the past and future by enjoying
them on the open road! A 292 CID V8 with a 4 BBL carburetor and an
automatic transmission powers this classic Ford down the road. The
turquoise and white exterior paint is not a recent spray, but it
does show well. The matching two tone, turquoise and white vinyl
interior is in good condition as well, free from any rips, tears,
or major wear. The wide white wall radial tires mounted to the
turquoise steel wheel with hub caps provide and excellent classic
touch. The Fairlane was produced by Ford from 1955 to 1970, and got
its name from the road Henry Ford's estate was on, Fair Lane. The
Fairlane replaced the Crestline nameplate as Ford's premier
full-size car in 1955. The Fairlane started out as a full-sized car
but for the 1962 model year it evolved into a mid-sized car. In
1956 the base engine offered for the Fairlane was the "Thunderbird"
292 CID V8, with a 312 CID V8 listed as an optional engine choice.
Also in 1956 the two-door Fairlane Victoria received a new slimmer
roofline. This 1956 Ford Fairlane Victoria is offered by the St.
Louis sales staff and can be seen in full detail on our website.
