Gateway Classic Cars Milwaukee is excited to present this 1972 AMC
Gremlin X. The Gremlin was manufactured in Kenosha Wisconsin from
1970-1978. Built on a shortened AMC Hornet platform to compete with
the Chevrolet Vega and Ford Pinto in the sub-compact market. Total
production of the AMC Gremlin was 671,475 units. Over its run, the
Gremlin offered six cylinder and V-8 engine options. Trim options
included the base and the sporty Gremlin X packages. One of the
most popular options was the Levi upholstered interior. This 1972
AMC Gremlin X is one beautiful survivor. Painted in a silver paint
with a red "X" stripe package. Sitting on a set of factory rally
wheels mounted on raised white letter tires. The chrome bumpers and
spoiler and to the 1970's vibe. A new two-tone black and red vinyl

imitation aluminum dash panels. Under the hood is a 232 cubic inch
inline six attached to a 3-speed automatic transmission. A new 2BBL
