Vehicle Description
This 2005 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited is proof that a modern Jeep
really gets the formula right. It still retains all the usual Jeep
ruggedness, 4x4 drivetrain, classic squared-off bodywork, round
headlights, and even adaptability for nice upgrades. But this
modern classic proves why later models are the best with plenty of
modern comforts - including fuel injection and A/C. So on the road
or the trail, this is the tool of choice.
The beefy lines of this Jeep remind us that all Wranglers are
"Trail Rated". But the good body panels and glossy silver paint
mean this one looks good rolling through town, too. Of course, you
can see the upgrades here are about making it even more fun when
the pavement ends. The ruggedness is in many of the darker pieces,
like the upgraded wheel (including the rear-mounted spare), tubular
side steps, and the trailer hitch capable of towing 3,500lbs. And
with the black soft top w/tinted windows in place, this Wrangler
looks almost like a well-coordinated two-tone.
While early Jeeps give you a minimalist setup, this modern one is
comfortable enough to drive every day. The high-back bucket seats
are all day comfortable, and this one has full doors with proper
roll-up windows. You get a ton of terrific features, like dual
airbags, a Rugged Ridge center console, and cup holders. Plus,
these were built with ice-cold modern R134a air conditioning and
plenty of vents. So you really get to stay comfy even when the top
and doors are off. A full roll cage has been part of the Jeep spec
sheet for decades, but this modern one takes advantage of a better
design for strength and safety. And don't forget that the larger
Unlimited model means the cool two-door look but a larger vehicle
with better storage. This is why these are sought by many jeep
enthusiasts and called "LJ" meaning "Long Jeep".
The 4.0-liter inline-six was a Jeep mainstay for many years. It's
quite energetic in the relatively lightweight Wrangler, and its
reputation for reliability can't be beaten. While the motor has had
a long life at Jeep, this is the modern evolution that includes
fuel injection. So it starts easily and idles well. Another great
part about Jeep life are the plentiful upgrades that this one
easily accepts. So while this powerhouse is refreshingly stock
today on this actual mileage vehicle, your potential is also nearly
as unlimited as this Wrangler's name. And the lifted stance and
deep tread of the tires let you know it won't complain about
slogging through the rough stuff in 4x4 low range. But despite this
go-anywhere nature, you can really see this one has not been abused
as an off-road toy. This Jeep has led a nice life so far, and it
has the right features for it to continue being a great driving
friend for near or far. That's why you have four-wheel power disc
brakes, power steering, and a four-speed automatic transmission
with overdrive.
Complete with owner's manual, this Wrangler Unlimited is an
affordable package that can keep you smiling on AND off the road in
any weather. Call today!!!
