Vehicle Description
STK 3018 1967 Chevrolet Camaro SS
The Chevy Camaro was an instant success when introduced in 1967 and
our fully restored (2015) coupe is a stunning example of this
special GM lore. The current owner believes that the Camaro was an
SS model from the factory, but we cannot document for sure. The
Camaro was manufactured in October 1966 at the Norwood Ohio plant
and they did not put any 'SS' designation on their trim tag until
later in the '67 production cycle. Whether it is a factory SS or
not, it is beautiful Camaro with SS performance. Originally a
Bolero Red car, it has been professionally refinished in a Deep
Burgundy with Black 'Z-28' accent stripes, cowl induction hood and
rear spoiler. GM Rally wheels mount white letter performance
radials. Our Camaro looks great from any angle - check the photos
again. The restored red vinyl interior looks every bit as good as
the original. Options and features include: Sanden A/C, center
console, Muncie shifter, tinted windows and Pioneer AM/FM/Cassette
sound system. Horsepower is said to come from a rebuilt 327ci
small-block. It has been dressed-up and fitted with an Edelbrock
aluminum intake/carburetor and mild street cam. Torque is delivered
through a 4-speed manual transmission to a 10-bolt rear
differential. The chassis is fitted with power steering and power
disc/drum brakes w/dual master. This distinctive Camaro is a Bowtie
icon that will only become more valuable over time. It is a solid
investment and a special driving experience. ALL VEHICLES SOLD "AS
IS".
