Gateway Classic Cars of Milwaukee is please to present this 1968
Chevrolet Camaro. The Camaro story started back in 1967 when GM
debuted the Camaro and Firebird to compete with the Ford Mustang.
The idea of the Mustang was a simple yet revolutionary design to
the automotive world and after its initial success every car
company wanted a piece of the action. The Camaro proved to be the
right car to combat the Mustang, not only in good looks but also in
the performance wars of the last 1960's. Over the last 50 plus
years over 5 million Camaros have been sold and more continue to
roll out every year! Our featured '68 Camaro is painted in a
stunning dark grey with black vinyl seats. The Car is powered by a
Chevy 383c.i. Stroker motor paired up with a 5-speed manual
transmission. This gem is set up to go fast and look good doing so!
The car also features 5 spoke mag wheels mounted to Mickey Thompson
F70-R5 (front) and L60-R15 (rear) Indy profile tires. Other
upgrades are the Mooneyes gauges and tachometer and roll cage.
Lastly, giving the car a tough look is the aftermarket fiberglass
cowl hood with a black racing stripe and hood pins! Take a drive in
a true American classic in this 1968 Camaro, offered from Gateway
Classic Cars of Milwaukee.
