124 Spider 2000 convertible. The Italian automobile manufacturer
Fiat was founded in 1899. Until the 1980's Fiat was the largest
manufacturer in Europe and the third largest behind General Motors
and Ford in the world. Fiat vehicles have won numerous
international awards, including nine European Car of the Year
awards. This 1980 Fiat 124 Spider 2000 convertible is an example of
the Fiat legacy. The Fiat spider was marketed from 1966-1985.
Manufactured only as a two- door cabriolet its entire run. This
awesome Spider is painted in bright red with a tan vinyl interior
and convertible top. The shiny chrome bumpers and luggage rack
gives this sports car a classic 80s look. A leather suitcase is
included as an added touch when placed on the luggage rack. Under
the hood is a 2.0 Liter engine attached to a 3-speed automatic
transmission. Options include AM/FM/radio, power brakes, manual
convertible top, cruise control, tinted glass and power widows.
Recent improvements include a new water pump, tune-up, master
cylinder, calipers, brake lines, exhaust, carb rebuilt and a new
battery. An owners manual and car cover also come with the car.
