Vehicle Description
This 1934 Ford 2-Door Sedan has a fully independent suspension,
four-wheel disc brakes, a fresh crate V8, and other big
investments. And you get to enjoy this full package from a
distinctively comfy A/C interior.
The forward-leaning stance and chopped roofline make it look fast
just standing still. Burgundy metallic paint seems like the perfect
way to render this speedy classic. This one has been enjoyed as a
good classic should, but a quality application means it also still
knows how to radiate in the sunshine. And a street machine like
this is really for detail lovers. The body is all steel with nicely
integrated fiberglass fenders. Plus there's plenty of classic style
with the rear-mounted spare tire, rubber running board covers, and
a vinyl roof. And it's great to have that deeply diving grille with
Ford V8 logo proudly leading the way. Add in bright chrome bumpers,
a louvered hood, and polished Torq Thrust wheels, and it all makes
for a stylish street machine total package.
Open the cool suicide doors for a peek into a thoughtful and custom
tan interior. This is a true classic street machine, and so we find
it quite cool to have an interior that would have taken home some
awards back in the day. The seats are a highly stylized setup with
soft velour inserts. and the door panels and dash pad are done to
match. We especially love the extra plush velour headliner. It's
all pure retro-custom cool. But more than just style, take a full
look at the substance. You have C3 Corvette-style bucket seats that
offer a ton of comfort. And the dash has modern conveniences like
R134a air conditioning and an AM/FM/CD stereo with USB and
Bluetooth. There's a banjo-style sports steering wheel on a tilt
column, and beyond that is a full set of Stewart Warner gauges.
The butterfly hood is a true classic piece, and beneath it are a
tone of modern investments we have receipts documenting nearly $35k
invested in this classic since 2020. It includes a new 350
cubic-inch crate V8. There are plenty of fresh polished components
and a candy-coated maroon block to look good. And this was also
built right with a four-barrel carburetor, high rise intake, and
shorty headers feeding the dual exhaust. It's a solid power
package, and the stout TH400 was also rebuilt as part of this
recent investment. And speaking of money well spent, take a look at
the undercarriage photos. There you'll see a polished Heidts IFS
front end with tubular A-arms, a Jaguar-style independent rear
suspension, and adjustable coilovers all-around. There's also power
steering, modern tires, and four-wheel power disc brakes.
This chop-top Ford has been given the right attention and upgrades,
which is exactly what you want in a distinct street machine. Don't
