Vehicle Description
This 1969 Pontiac Firebird is sure to hit all the right high notes
with the terrific vintage color combination, iconic lines, and a
well-built 350 V8.
Liberty Blue is a great '69 color to have on this Firebird. But
from the moment this car comes into view, you can instantly tell
this is an upgraded paint. It has a modern luster that shows off
the nice body creases the moment the sunlight radiates off the
sheet metal. And speaking of the body, they paid attention to have
excellent panel fit and crisp lines to make this coupe look its
best. The brightwork in places like the beak-like front bumper,
headlight bezels, and the stylish rear bumper all have a notable
shine, too. The package is finished off with performance-minded
touches with a dual-snorkel hood, full-width rear spoiler, and
modern 17-inch alloys disguised as classic Rally II wheels.
The white interior has a tasteful contrast against the dark blue
exterior. So you'll happily leave the windows down on this hardtop
just to show off the color combo. It has a cool vintage look with
the correct pattern on the seats and doors. Plus, there are cool
details including the premium walnut wood-like trim, three-spoke
arrowhead steering wheel, and the factory AM radio that's there for
display. You'll even notice provisions for air conditioning (it
will need components to function again.) But when you notice the
auxiliary gauges cleanly mounted under the dash and provisions for
a SunPro column-mounted tach, then you start to realize it's more
than just stock under the hood.
The Pontiac turquoise block radiates from within the dark fender
walls of the engine bay. So this 350 cubic-inch V8 has a classic
and quality appearance. But then you also notice it has been
upgraded with a Holley four-barrel carburetor, Edelbrock intake,
newer plug wires, and long tube headers feeding the X-pipe dual
exhaust. Rear traction bars and modern ZR-rated tires give this
added performance grip. But this one likes to be a good all-around
cruiser, too. That's why you have easy driving features, like power
steering, a three-speed automatic transmission, and power brakes
w/discs up front.
Complete with build receipts and the owner's manual, the
sharply-pointed style of the '69 Firebird is sharply presented on
this example. It makes for a powerful classic that also has a
presence. Call today!!!
