Vehicle Description
If you love JDM classics, then you probably already know this 1991
Nissan Skyline GTS. It's part of the legendary R32 generation that
solidified the passion for Japanese road rockets, like the current
Nissan GT-R. That's why it's great to find a well-priced example
with such a clean and authentic presentation.
The R32 Skyline seems to be one of the most iconic cars of the era.
It brought together the more forceful "Iron Mask" look of its
predecessors with just a touch more streamlined style. The silver
paint shows all the right signs of being original, and it looks
fantastic today. The odometer is believed to reflect the actual
mileage (converted from kilometers is well under 25k miles) and
that little use is seen on the overall quality of the presentation.
Beautiful panels, tight gaps, clean glass, and correct details
really give this a well-respected look. And everything from the
12-spoke alloys to the large rear spoiler are part of a stock
package that's also sporty.
These cars have practical origins, and so that makes for a
comfortable coupe in this highly stock interior. There are great
features like air conditioning, power windows, power mirrors, and
an upgraded AM/FM/CD stereo. This was one for the Japanese market,
and that means right-hand drive. In a small/nimble car like this,
it's quite easy to master. Plus, it's built to really be a great
anytime driver with well-bolstered bucket seats, a grippy sports
steering wheel, power steering, full gauges (speed in km/h), and a
four-speed automatic transmission w/overdrive.
The engine bay has a very clean and very stock look to make sure
everyone can get a good view at a legendary motor. We won't pretend
this is the same thing as an R32 GT-R, but the affordable price
already told you that. What makes this so attractive (besides the
price) is that the terrific RB 2.0-liter inline-six under the hood
here is part of the same family as the one on the GT-R. That means
this is a fuel-injected twin-cam 24-valve powerhouse that punches
above its weight. And they have such a hardy reputation for easily
taking plenty of upgrades. But upgrading doesn't really feel like
the point of this one. It's a low-mileage classic that loves to
fire up and hit the road the same moment you are. The
fully-independent suspension and four-wheel power disc brakes make
for a lively coupe on the back roads. And you'll really understand
how nimble a car like this can be when you experience the
four-wheel steering system.
When you think about JDM icons, this R32 generation goes right to
the top of the list. So don't miss your opportunity at such an
affordable and authentic example. Call today!!!
