Ok so this is something you do not see every day. What we have here
isn't a failure to communicate, it's a 1968 AMC AMX. With 20,633
miles, something else you do not see often. Pulled by a 390 C.I.D.
V8 that runs to an automatic transmission, you will have to look
quick to even catch a glimpse. The owner believes this to be a
matching numbers car. Blue with white racing stripes that is paired
with black interior gives this car a real sporty look. AMC offered
the AMX in a brief production run of only 2 1/2 years but in that
time, they garnered a bit of a cult following. Offering big
American power in a smaller car proved to fans of everything fast
that there was true performance to be found in these little coupes.
This car is offering power brakes and steering to keep the car both
on the road. If this quirky American rebel makes you feel like its
time to hit the road give us a shout. You can see the car @
GatewayClassicCars.com where we have over 100HD photos. Or give us
a call @ (866) 383-1416.
