What a fantastic Truck!! These 1967-1972 Chevy Trucks are more popular than ever, and I can see why! They look cool, and drive excellent!
This particular truck has been owned by the same person for 40 years, and has been treated to an easy life of living inside, consistent maintenance, and restoration. This truck has been extremely well maintained, and nicely restored as necessary through the years.
The paint is beautiful, shines brilliantly, and has been on the truck for 15-20 years, even though it looks like a 2 year old paint job. The Medium Bronze and White color combination is original to the truck, but when painted the truck received the Cheyenne style paint scheme with the white sides. The truck was also treated to the Cheyenne trim, and emblems for an upscale look, along with the deluxe marker light lenses and trim.
The engine fires right up and fast idles when cold, kick the throttle and the truck settles into a crisp, slightly lopey sound thanks to a mild performance cam. The Turbo 350 Transmission shifts smoothly as well, the power brakes work perfectly, and believe me when I say, you will absolutely love every second of driving this truck.
Comfortable reupholstered bench seat, and upgraded Cheyanne instrument panel, and tilt column make for a super easy and comfortable to drive all day long whether your listening to the music from the stereo, or the soothing sounds emanating from the dual exhaust.
This truck has a perfect stance, inasmuch as it has been lowered properly with the right components, so you wont experience any jarring, or buck-board riding from this truck.
Make no mistake, this truck would garner plenty of attention at the car shows and cruise-in's, but you can actually use this truck everyday as the owner cut two plywood panels that fit perfectly in the truck bed, so you can haul just about anything without concern of denting, or damaging the original bed floor. By the way, did I mention, no rust in this truck, anywhere! Cab corners, rockers, floor pans, frame, bed...None!
One final thought, if you are considering a classic truck to pull your vintage trailer or boat, this truck would make an excellent choice. Clean, reliable, easy and fun to drive, all wrapped up in a super cool looking package that will surely put a smile on your face, and everyone who sees it! All around excellent truck!
