Vehicle Description
This 1965 Ford Mustang has some extra sporty style inside and out.
And it really earns it with the upgraded 302 V8 with plenty of
go-fast goodies. So this is the one if you want a powerful pony
with four-on-the-floor.
Red Mustangs are always out to grab attention, and this hardtop
gets the look right with plenty of sporty style. It starts with GT
upgrades like the fog lights in the grille, smooth GT chrome
bumpers, and dual exhaust coming through the valance. Plus, the mag
wheels always look great on a pony car. And the hood scoop even
gives this some Shelby GT350 style flair.
The black interior looks great against the red exterior. It looks
well-done everywhere from the good upholstery to the smooth dash.
There's also added comfort with a cup holder center console,
AM/FM/CD stereo w/Bluetooth, and Memphis Audio speakers. You even
have provisions for air conditioning (it will need servicing to
function again.) And a car like this was absolutely upgraded to be
a better driver. So classic elements like the front bucket seats,
thin/grippy steering wheel, and floor shifter are met with an
upgraded gauge panel with crisp and clear white-faced GT-style
readouts.
The engine bay is filled with V8 power. In 1965 you'd have had to
wait a few more years for the 302 cubic inch V8, but this one gets
it today. And that's just the base for plenty of added performance.
There's a Spectre dual plenum air grabber vacuum gauge. It feeds an
Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor and Edelbrock intake. It gives the
V8 added power and a nice tune out of the H-pipe dual exhaust. The
full package is firmly in your hands thanks to the four-speed
manual transmission. This is the kind of coupe that likes you to
feel the road, and it does it with the added confidence of power
brakes and wide BF Goodrich T/As.
This is a cool classic with a little added performance flair and a
little added performance muscle. So it's hard to resist this V8
pony car. Call today!!!
