this gorgeous 1979 Mercedes-Benz 450SL 2 Door Convertible with
yellow exterior paint and a beige leather interior. You'll find a
factory 4.5L V-8 engine under the hood with a four-speed automatic
transmission, plus this vehicle is very nicely optioned for modern
highway driving with climate control, factory stereo/cassette,
power windows and so much more. This highly original classic luxury
roadster is also in tremendous overall shape as well and it is

Three-Owner Classic Originally Sold in California
The current owner of this 1979 Mercedes-Benz 450SL Convertible took
possession last year as the 3rd lifetime owner and he informs us
that it's a desirable California classic that has remained almost
completely original throughout its lifetime. It sports an almost
new black convertible top. The engine bay in particular is super
clean on this example and it performed admirably on our test drive
with very nice acceleration, handling and cornering. With service
receipts and other documentation on file, there's very little
guesswork involved with this beautiful roadster to see its history
of excellent care and maintenance.
Additionally, this 1979 Mercedes-Benz 450SL Convertible shows well
in person with very nice body lines and a nice shine to the
exterior paint. The brightwork is also excellent throughout. What
