Vehicle Description
The exterior of this 1974 Chevrolet C20 sports an orange and white
two-tone paint job sprayed by SoCal Auto Paint and features new and
restored trim pieces, a DIY4x A-bomb winch bumper, a WARN
12,000-pound winch and AMP research retractable steps. The interior
features beautiful orange and black houndsooth inserts in both
front and rear power bucket seats, a custom center console, custom
carpeting, headliner, door panels, a Nu-Relics power door
conversion, a Vintage Air cooling system, and is finished off with
a TMI dash with Dakota Digital gauges. Power comes from a
custom-built 6.6-liter Duramax turbo diesel built by SoCal Diesel
good for 1,000hp, thanks to an alternate firing order camshaft, a
Callies DuraStar crankshaft, SFI billet flywheel and balancer,
welded water pump, cold-air intake, Fleece Cheetah racing turbo,
Fleece 10mm CP3 pump, 60% over-injectors, Air Dog lift pump, PPE
exhaust manifolds and a custom downpipe with a 5-inch exhaust. The
drivetrain consists of an Allison 6-speed automatic transmission, a
2,500 rpm stall converter, NP205 transfer case with a twin-stick
conversion, an electronic speedometer conversion, Dana 60 axle with
4.10 gears, Corporate 14-bolt differential with 4.10 gears and a
full-floating G80 locker, WARN hubs and 4x4 high steer arms. This
is all stopped through one-ton Torque Motorsports Dodge 3500 front
brakes, GM one-ton rear brakes, a Hydroboost brake booster and
Black Rhino Arsenal 38x15.5x20 wheels wrapped in Milestar Patagonia
M/T tires.
