Vehicle Description
Sleek looks, an air ride suspension, a custom A/C interior,
four-wheel disc brakes, and a fuel-injected big block under the
hood - this 1965 Chevrolet Impala is built with all the best
pieces. And the big investment in a thoughtful build means it's a
stunner from every angle.
A long coupe with the ability to be lowered right down to the
ground. Oh yeah, this one knows how to make an impression. You can
tell they made a solid investment in a custom machine just by the
shine. There are less than 450 miles since this build was complete,
and it was painted within about the last year. So the fresh luster
you see radiating in the pictures is absolutely what you get in
real life. The shiny smooth orange really shows off those sporty
Coke-bottle curves. And there's plenty of brightwork to complement
the black, including the wide grille, pointed front bumper, and
nicely integrated rear bumper. While the full-length trim looks
like it's sparkling, this is just a custom decal that adds
definition without taking away from the smooth sides (that's why
they shaved the door handles, too.) Plus, the shine you're going to
like the most is the Ridler wheels. They have a sporty 20/22-inch
front/rear stance, but it all expertly tucks into the body when you
feel like lowering the adjustable suspension down.
When you use the key fob to pop the remote door openers, it reveals
an interior that's just as custom and thoughtful as the exterior.
The seats are set up in a classic bench style that pays tribute to
the classics of the 1960s. Even the Impala speaker grille is still
in the rear center. But this is a fully updated and upgraded
package that includes fresh tweed upholstery and matching side
panels with flame-like inserts. The exterior orange returns inside
for the dash and custom center console. The bold purple pattern at
the center matches the texture in the doors, but the coolest part
is how this is actually a cover panel hiding the car's best comfort
features. It conceals the air conditioning, power windows, air ride
control, and touchscreen interface for the AM/FM radio with
Bluetooth and backup camera. The custom SS steering wheel is on a
tilt column, and the EFI screen is neatly integrated into the
driver's side dash. And we know you'll love the gauges. The Dakota
Digital readout package has the symmetrical look of a modern exotic
car, and you can even change the color.
As much as you'll love showing off the interior and exterior, the
motor knows how to draw a crowd, too. The slick tan fender walls
funnel all your attention to the 454 cubic-inch V8. This big block
has been given an ultra-tidy presentation with the kind of
cleanliness that can only come from a fresh build. While this is
already a terrific upgrade in performance, the V8 has been enhanced
further. This includes a Weiand intake and Hooker headers. Plus,
the Holley Sniper electronic fuel injection lets you dial-in your
ideal balance of performance and comfort. It's a big power package,
and the TH400 three-speed automatic transmission is stout enough to
handle it all. There's also a Champion aluminum radiator to keep it
all running cool even in traffic with the A/C pumping. This is a
true driver, and that's why you have power steering, sway bars, and
Wilwood four-wheel disc brakes. And the suspension has been
upgraded to accommodate the air ride's travel.
Complete with build receipts, they seemed to have thought of
everything with this custom Impala. The only thing that's missing
is you. Call now!
