Crown is happy to welcome this amazing 2016 Alfa Romeo 4C Coupe to
our inventory. The 4C was Alfa Romeo's entry back into the North
American market. A concept was unveiled at the Geneva Motor show in
2011 followed by the launch at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show. However,
the U.S. version would not be available until 2014 and added about
200 lb due to additional aluminum inserts to meet crash
regulations. The vehicle still kept the carbon fiber chassis and
the same engine as the European version.
Alfa Romeo put a 1.7L turbo inline four that is paired with a dual
dry clutch transmission. The engine produces 237 HP and 258 lb-ft
propelling the 4C to 60 mph in about 4.5 seconds. Alfa put in their
"DNA" drive modes that change the behavior of the engine, brakes,
throttle response, suspension, and gearbox. This 4C comes with a
Magnaflow exhaust that adds just the right amount of noise and is
not overpowering. You will never know that it is there until you
step on the gas and hear the burbles between shifts.
Once you get over the amazing lines of the exterior of the car you
can take a seat in the wonderful red leather seats. The seats will
hug you in tight but are still great for a long drive. Once you sit
down you will have a flat bottom steering wheel that is perfect for
track or street driving and feels great in the hands. The radio
works perfectly but between having the engine behind your head and
the exhaust you might find yourself keeping the radio off.
Overall this car is perfect for the track or the street. With the
lightweight carbon fiber chassis and exhaust note you really feel
like you are driving a race car. This is a vehicle that lapped the
Nurburgring in 8:04 that is available to you! This car is ready for
