For Sale: 1971 Chevrolet El Camino in Lutz, Florida

Vehicle Description

A well-built small block, four-on-the-floor, bucket seat interior, and a mean as midnight attitude make this 1971 Chevrolet El Camino SS tribute a nice way to get all the muscle car you want without breaking the bank.

This El Camino has an instant presence. The black paint gives a great sinister look that you want on a muscle car. It's part of a later investment that retains a nice shine. And the aggressive black goes well with the Super Sport upgrades, like the cowl induction hood, complete SS badging, blackout grille, and bright Rally wheels. And of course, the dual hood stripes look particularly nice contrasting the black. More than just mean, this one also shows quality. The bumpers have a quality shine, the doors shut solid, the hood and trunk line up nicely when closed, and the weather-stripping is quite fresh and pliable. And because an El Camino can pull true pickup duty, there's a thick rubber mat protecting the bed floor.

The darkness continues inside, and so does the feeling of quality. The carpeting, seats, doors, headliner, and dash all have a deep color and clean style. You'll also appreciate detail upgrades like the thick Chevy Racing floor mats and the air conditioning upgraded to modern R134a (it will need servicing to blow cold again.) And your favorite parts of the interior will be the pieces that speak directly to your drivers heart. This has bucket seats, a center console in-between, a Hurst shifter, a dual-spoke SS steering wheel, and a cool blue glow from the upgraded digital gauge package.

Under the hood is an era-correct Chevy 350 cubic inch V8. But you can also tell there has been plenty invested in upgrading it. This includes a Holley four-barrel carburetor, Holley intake, and the headers that add power while exhaling through the dual exhaust. It fires up readily, and there's even an upgraded aluminum radiator to help keep it running cool. You'll love taking full control of the power with the four-speed manual transmission. This feeds a strong 12-bolt rear end, and there's even an upgraded ladder bar setup in the rear. Plus, you have power steering, power brakes, front discs, and wide BF Goodrich Radial T/As.

This is an all-black Super Sport tribute that was made for you to truly enjoy. So don't let this total package classic slip away. Call today!!!
