Vehicle Description
We could call this car a sleeper, but quite frankly, everyone
already knows not to mess with a 2002 Chevrolet Corvette Z06. But
when it has been upgraded with a supercharger, this loaded and
low-mileage speedy 'Vette enters supercar territory.
We all know the legend of the Z06 by now. Chevy started with their
lightest and strongest Corvette configuration, the FRC (Fixed Roof
Coupe). Then they shed weight wherever they could, even including
utilizing a thinner windshield. The result was the leanest and
meanest Corvette to hit the streets. But while it was engineered to
be better, this one also was built to be bolder. Millenium Yellow
is a radiant color that loves to grab attention. And since this
coupe has averaged less than 1,600 miles annually, it has led a
careful life where it still retains excellent panels and a showroom
level of shine. Black is an awesome contrast, and you see it in
some of the sportiest pieces like the cooling duct under each door
and the special Z06 wheels. And the red on the brake calipers and
Corvette script on the rear is a subtle hint that one has been
upgraded to be out for blood.
The interior offers a loaded experience in a fresh looking setup
that reminds you that low mileage really equals less use. This car
offers plenty of luxuries, such as dual zone climate control, power
steering, power windows, power locks, keyless entry, power mirrors,
cruise control, and a Bose AM/FM/CD stereo system. Because this is
a modern classic, it also means modern safety features such as dual
airbags and anti-lock brakes. Plus, the FRC style body has a trunk
that can truly carry a weekend's worth of luggage (including your
racing suit and helmet.) And speaking of racing, this one has been
upgraded with a set of Corbeau racing seats that are comfortable
enough for daily use while also doing a terrific job of keeping you
firmly planted. You'll never get tired of watching the gauges do
their dance every time you start the engine, but the head-up
display means you never have to take your eyes off the road during
performance driving.
Tilt the hood forward and see the special 5.7-liter fuel-injected
LS6 V8. It's the C5's hot motor, and so it's boldly presented with
the red covers within the clean black engine bay. Of course, you're
also picking up on another standout feature. The polished A&A
Corvette V-3 Vortech supercharger package. Plus, this one knows how
to announce its extra power with headers that feed a nice set of
Borla mufflers. So when you have an awesome V8 that has been
maximized to inhale and exhale with the greatest muscle, you're
looking at some serious street-eating power. You have complete
control over all the sound and fury the V8 brings thanks to the
six-speed manual transmission. As a true competition machine, the
Z06 also received its own suspension upgrade package to make the
fully independent suspension perform at its best during high
speeds. And keeping everything in control is also the large
four-wheel disc brake package and a nice set of Nitto performance
tires.
The sale comes complete with the owner's manual. Some original
components can also be made available if you want to turn this back
to a stock machine. But really, we all know how awesome it is to
have a bold-look coupe with all this extra power and presence. And
the affordable price means you know you need to act quickly if you
want to take this supercharged 'Vette home. Call today!!!
