This is a stunning 1997 Talbo with less than16,000 miles on the
odometer. This car is finished in Maroon, has a complementary and
gorgeous Tan Leather interior and the whole car is set off by her
16 inch Dayton wires with stainless steel spokes. Overall this car
is spectacular, beautiful and is just an outstanding vehicle.
This 1997 Talbo is the 14th of 21 hand-built copies by George
Balaschak of Palm Beach Gardens, FL. She is a copy of Brooks
Steven's late thirties Talbo-Lago T-150 C SS Goutte d'Eau (teardrop
coupe) designed by Figoni et Falaschi; 11 of those were built, and
have recently seen sales in the mid four millions. Of the George
Balaschak cars, this is the last one to have the 5.0L Mustang
engine installed. This particular example has its motor coupled to
the Ford AOD automatic overdrive transmission.
She has a painted and rustproofed tubular chassis and the body is
fiberglass which has been painted using the highest quality
urethane by Glasurit; the body is also sound proofed and rust
proofed. She has all round independent suspension and disc brakes
as well as rack and pinion steering. The exhaust system is
stainless steel using 4 catalytic converters and Borla mufflers and
the spare wheel is kept underneath the rear deck.
On the interior she has leather bucket seats that feature 6 way
power adjustable controls and which were made specially for the
Talbo. The dash in this car is made of engine turned stainless
steel and the instruments have been custom made to correspond to
the original French gauge style, the beautiful wood trim has been
custom made in mahogany. Options on this Talbo include: AC and
heat, power locks and windows, a stereo CD sound system and a
remote alarm system There is ample storage space behind the seats.

The current owner has owned her for five and a half years and she
has been kept in a climate controlled storage facility. The car is
as-new throughout, save the typical wear on the outer edge of the
driver's seat back; Very few of these cars EVER come up for sale so
