Classic hot rod, the 32-34 Ford coupes never go out of style. This
one came from an estate of the man that built it from scratch. It
has 8,540 miles since completed. It is a looker and a driver.
EXTERIOR: B&C fiberglass body. It's a full fendered, 3 window
chopped top with suicide doors. The body appears to be in excellent
shape. It is straight, it fits nice and there's no damage. The
paint is beautiful, the metal flake is laid out evenly and it has a
very smooth glossy clear coat finish. There are some mild hairline
cracking around the windshield pillar base. It has original style
bumpers and door door handles. The chrome headlights have
turnsignals built in. The taillights are chromed original style.
The license plate is recessed and the fuel cap is billet. It has a
power antenna and windows. The 15 inch Cragar wheels look new. It
has BF Goodrich tires, fatter in back. They still have the nubs on
the tread. There are contacts in the jambs for the power windows,
no wires.
INTERIOR: Custom two tone blue and white upholstery. The bucket
seats have ultra leather and 34 Ford stitched into them. The door
panels have flames, headliner is upholstered. The dash has a nice
looking set of Stewart Warner matched gauges, Vintage Air controls
and a Pioneer stereo. Custom cut carpet has bound edges and
matching mats. There is a chrome Lokar shifter and e-brake handle.
Behind the seat is is a wooden box, the battery is neatly bolted
down in one of them, the other one makes good storage. Good looking
4 spoke cushion grip wheel is on an aluminum tilt column. It has
power windows and a deadbolt lock for the suicide doors. There is a
beveled mirror and dome light.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: GM crate HO 350-330 hp, the tag is on the side
of the block. This is the the way to go for reliability and
performance. These motors are sold new and fully assembled, they
even have oil in them! It has 4 bolt mains, powdered rods, aluminum
pistons, Vortec heads, aluminum intake and a 600 cfm Holley carb.
It also has headers and HEI ignition. The alternator looks new. The
pulleys and fuel pump are chrome. It has a Vintage Air heat and air
conditioning system.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: It has a power lift trunk lid. The compartment
is all nicely carpeted.
UNDERSIDE: Boxed Speedway frame with tubular supports. Mustang ll
independent suspension. It has tubular control arms, coil over
shocks and rack & pinion steering. In back it has parallel leaf
springs and new shocks. Bottom of the motor is clean, has high
torque starter. The 700R-4 overdrive automatic has an extra
capacity, finned aluminium oil pan. New driveshaft and u-joints
connect to a Ford rear end. It has a composite fuel tank, new
lines. The brake system was all new. It has disc in front, an
e-brake system and a power booster and master are under the car.
The exhaust has welded joints and skinny mufflers. The bottom of
the body and chassis is gloss black. Everything is neatly
installed, new hardware.
This is a show and go car! Built to cruise.
