This 1953 Chevrolet 3100 Pickup Truck is an excellent stock example
with a distinguished early 50s two-tone paint scheme. With an
excellent look and notable reliability, it's no surprise that the
Chevy 3100 was the best-selling workhorse 1/2 ton truck for nearly
a decade. Under the hood on this Chevy Pickup is the ever-reliable
a 235 Cubic Inch Thriftmaster Inline 6 Cylinder engine with a
single barrel Rochester Carburetor that pushed out 112 Horsepower
back in its day. The standard 3-speed factory transmission has been
upgraded to a floor mounted 5 speed manual that came out of a newer
Silverado, for improved drivability and feel. This 3100 was
repainted within the last 6-7 years and the two-tone Woodland Green
and Mayland Black paint looks to be in very nice shape. The wood
bed with black metal strips, bed sides, and tailgate are all in
good shape as well. This 3100 1/2 Ton Pickup sits on 4 new
whitewall radial tires with correct Chevrolet hubcaps. The brown
vinyl bench seat looks great and has that classic Chevy truck feel.
The dash and steering wheel appear to be in excellent shape. The
beige dash appears to be in stock configuration with a 90 MPH
speedometer along with the gas gauge, battery gauge, temperature
gauge, and oil pressure gauge. The previous owner installed a
Custom Autosounds USA 740 aftermarket AM/FM radio with bluetooth so
that you can listen to all of your tunes trucking down the road
while also maintaining the stock look of the dash. If you're
