Gateway Classic Cars of Fort Lauderdale is excited to offer this
sharp, investment-grade 1986 Ferrari 328 GTS. Finished in Nero
(Black) on black, this Italian machine is a true work of art, a
serious performer, and now a classic loved by many. Most people
remember Tom Selleck tearing up the roads on Oahu, Hawaii in
"Magnum PI" from 1980-1988, in "Robin Master's" various year
Ferrari 308's- to the regular outrage of "Higgins", the Estate
Caretaker. Or Super Model Christy Brinkley behind the wheel of
another 308, flirting with Chevy Chase in National Lampoon's
"Vacation". Good fun! This Ferrari is the model that followed the
308- the beloved 328 GTS. It features the (larger) naturally
aspirated 3.2 Liter V8, making 270 horsepower and 231 ft. lbs. of
torque. Top speed came in at 166 mph, 60 mph in 5.5 seconds, and
100 mph 13.0 seconds. That was very respectable for any mid-1980's
car and still is today. But there is one big difference: Ferraris
are prized automobiles, very distinctive, and NOTHING sounds like a
Ferrari. They are all-business with their own onboard-symphony of
meticulously crafted, high performance, high-winding V8. Condition
is quite good throughout for a 35-year-old, showing minimal wear.
The owner just had the oil changed, had it tuned up, and installed
new tires. The odometer shows 49,913 miles. She runs and drives
well, lightyears ahead of many you will find on the market today.
The Nero color is also a nice change too from the typical red.
Driving is made easy with power brakes and air conditioning adds to
the comfort. The removeable top allows that open air feel. There is
just too much to list about this car. It is investment grade, ready
to put in your collection. This 1986 Ferrari 328 GTS is for sale
