1969 Buick Skylark GS 400 Convertible finished in Signal Red paint.
This was originally a Signal Red car and has been repainted along
the line. Paint shows well with a nice shine throughout, chrome and
brightwork looks great too. Functional forced air intake hood, just
an incredible look to this Buick. This car is a rare one with only
1,776 combined total GS 400 and Stage 1 convertibles ever built!
This is a TRUE GS 400, confirmed by the Vin and body tag (44667).
Powered by the era-correct RR suffix code 400 V8, that is paired
with a TH400 automatic transmission. Nicely equipped with power
steering and power brakes! Burgundy leather bucket seat interior
with center console and automatic on the column. Seats are in nice
shape, interior reflecting that as well. Heater fan and wipers
working as they should. Washer fluid and fuel gauge are inop.
Aftermarket stereo with equalizer was installed, powers up but no
sound. White vinyl convertible top has had the weather stripping
replaced with new material, original strips come with the car as
well as door jamb weatherstripping and vinyl parade boot. Top is
white vinyl with glass rear window, in nice shape and is a
functional power top! top appears to be redone at some point also.
Nice sounding Buick!
