Gateway Classic Cars of St. Louis is proud to present this 1967
Plymouth Belvedere GTX! Wearing Medium Copper paint laid down two
years ago, this rag top Mopar magic machine is ripe for the
picking! According to our research the 440 was the base engine for
this car in 67. This engine is not the engine the car was born
with, but the owner says it is period correct for the car. The
transmission is said to be original to the car and to have been
rebuilt however we have no documentation for either of those items.
This model received heavy duty suspension from the factory, and for
a big body car it handles reasonably well! Looking at the underside
there appears to be a good mix of original equipment and upgraded
goodies. The exhaust looks to be new stainless steel and shows
almost no surface rust. Many suspension bushings look newer and not
dry-rotted. The gas tank also looks to be newer and stainless
steel. The owner states the paint job was done two years ago and is
showing no major flaws. We would love to have a conversation about
this car! Give us a call! 1967 Plymouth Belvedere GTX is presented
in our St. Louis Showroom and can be seen in great detail including
