The big block makes its exhale through an exhale through a set of longtube headers back to a true dual exhaust system which gives off a mean tone that this car is not to be messed with. It is worth noting that the Chevelle has also been updated with a serpentine system under the hood held up by March Engineering brackets which helps propel features like power steering, air conditioning, and a one wire alternator with a more modern touch of reliability. Bolted to the V8 behemoth is a 4-speed automatic transmission that is operated by a racing style ratchet shifter to help operate and transfer the plentiful amount of energy to the ever-reliable 12 bolt rear end. The interior is beautifully contrasted to the outside by featuring a tight and well finished vinyl upholstery and a restomod looking dashboard featuring a full set of Autometer gauges giving off far more accurate readings over the ones that came stock in 71'.
