Stuffed under the hood of this Polara lies a huge 540 cubic inch motor that is built with all the parts and with speed in mind. This Polara was built to go in a forward line as fast as possible and does a great job at doing so. The transmission has also been touched up to compensate for all the added power. An automatic 727 reverse valve body transmission is bolted up to that powerful engine and does a great job at getting the power to the Dana 60 rear end that has been equipped with 4:30 gearing to ensure for a very quick takeoff. Onto the interior it has been left mostly untouched but has a few speed parts installed. Racing seats, aftermarket tach, ratchet shifter and roll cage have been added to make handling the power much simpler. This Polara has been painted in a vibrant red and has a nice set of Weld Racing wheels that are wrapped in Hoosiers in the rear and M/T front runners in the front to complete the drag racing look.
