Starting with a beautiful straight solid original car with nice paint chrome and stainless, add in a 392 cubic inch HEMI engine, makes this car a real ground ponder. An automatic A-727 3-Speed reverse valve body transmission is bolted up to that ground pounding engine and does a great job at getting the power to the Dana 60 rear end that has been equipped with 4:88 gearing to ensure for a lightning fast takeoff. Onto the interior it has been left mostly untouched but has a few speed parts installed. Racing seats, aftermarket tach, B&M shifter and roll cage have been added to make handling the power much simpler. This Polara has a nice set of Weld Racing wheels that are wrapped in Hoosiers in the rear and M/T front runners in the front to complete the drag racing look.
