1971 Dodge Challenger 340 stroked to 378 CID with an estimate 500
hp and 727 A/T transmission. Plum crazy. Engine was done by Ron
Powers. It has been Stuart Warner balanced to infinity but has a
SFI lower end 8,000 rpm safety chip. There is also
aEdelbrockPerformer air gap 2 plane manifold, 870 Holley
carburetor, full MSD system,Edelbrockaluminum twisted wedge heads,
floor benched, Crane rocker set with shim kits 1.50 rocker rollers,
competition custom cam roller, custom push rods,
Pro-CompWisecopistons, flattop heavy duty wrist pins, Total Seal
rings, Eagle H-beam rods, Severe Duty custom cut crank
shaft,Callyfour bolt spade caps,Milodonoil pan and pump, March
serpentine belts,Muesetork3.300 stall, programmed to match engine,
4 spar welded, 1+5 gearPlanetarys. Custom fabricated valve covers,
oversized aluminum air cleaner, aluminum trans cooler, alum
radiator, andover flowbottle. LED halo headlights House of Color -
Passion Peal (Purple) paint, with a black interior. Complete
professional body restoration done by Steve's Auto Restoration.
Nobondoand no rust car, with new lead seams. New front windshield -
all other glass is original. Transmission is built and # matching
case. Engine is date matching, but not # matching to car. Has
original data tag but no build sheet found. Originally an A/Ccar ,
butwas deleted by resto company.Thereforeit has no AC parts and has
a no AC dash pad installed. Weld Racing wheels with M/T rear drag
radials. 15" wheels. Rears are true outerbeadlocks. Rear end
currently isa8 3/4 B body housing to allow for the wider tires.
