The Porsche Boxster came into the market with significant fanfare
and excitement from the media and potential customers. It was an
affordable mid-engine convertible that provided a thrilling
adventure for the driver and passenger. 1997 was the first year of
production and as of today the model is a huge part of Porsche's
sales each year. 2000 Porsche stepped up the game and offered and
"S" model that provided a larger engine, stiffer ride, an extra
gear and some cosmetic enhancements.
We are pleased to bring to market this one owner 2002 Porsche
Boxster S with just over 50k miles and nicely optioned with a
stunning color setup with the Lapis Blue Metallic, Metropol blue
top and Graphite grey leather interior. Vehicle was sold new out of
Sun Motor Cars Porsche in Camp Hill PA where it remained in the
same custody until last month. The car is very nicely equipped with
18in Sport design wheels, white faced gauges, Lapis Blue metallic,
heated front seats, floor mats, and deviating seat stitching. Total
MSRP was $55,505. The car was routinely serviced and overall in
good shape. During our drive the car was running strong and hustled
thru all the gears with ease and really came alive once you got the
RPM's up over the 5500 range. All features were working that we
tested other than the display of radio not lighting up it was a
great car.
These vehicles are a pure joy to drive and own as the cost of
ownership is minimal and the resale value is strong on them. The
low miles, great color combination and being a one owner makes this
car stand out from the rest of vehicles on the market. Vehicle
comes with full owner's manuals, 2 master keys, valet key, original
MSRP and clean CarFax.
