This is an amazing car, in a color combo rare to find. This Defender 110 has recently arrived from Europe, where it was fully restored and with many upgrades added. This is a unique and rare Limestone D110.
The Defender is all original and features an amazing OEM Limestone paint. The car was restored by the famous coach builder “River House Land Rover” in the Netherlands, where I met the owner and bought it a few months ago. The shop does amazing work and basically take the entire car apart and restores it back together. It feels like you are buying a brand new Defender.
The car just arrived in the US and is now fully registered with the DMV and ready to go to a new home.
This is a 1992 Defender D110 200 Tdi 5 dr fully original and restored but with the original engine and transmission (the US would not permit a classic car to be imported unless it retains its original parts). It has only 100K miles (original odometer reads in kilometers and shows 160Km which converts to 100K Miles) – this is incredibly low for any car with 29 years of service, which comes out to 3,450 miles per year of driving.
Needless to say, River House spent a considerable amount of time working & upgrading this D110 and there is a considerable amount of upgrades and equipment meticulous installed in the car.
River House has done the following:
In addition, River House has upgraded & added several new parts to the 110:
- Stainless steel rocksliders in Gloss Black paint
- Stainless steel wingtop protectors in Gloss Black pain
- Stainless steel body armor kit in Gloss Black paint
- Stainless steel steering guard in Gloss Black paint
- Stainless steel BOWLER style front bumper in Gloss Black paint
- NAS step up rear bumper with 2 inch receiver US style
- Gloss Black KBX grill with crystal clear headlights and LED lights all round
- New Sawtooth alloys and new tires installed
- MANTEC swingaway spare wheel carrier
- Rear Roof Access Ladder in Gloss Black
This is a gorgeous car and a rare find in Land Rover Limestone finish with gloss black accents. Low miles and all internal equipment, lights, dials are working. Just to add, the Netherlands DMV goes thru an extensive inspection to make sure everything works (including seat belts), otherwise, the car cannot be imported to the US.
Price is $90,000.
It is a super deal compared to similar restored Defenders for sale on online classifieds in the US, these cars are priced from 140K to over $200K.
All pics are recently taken and also include the brand new suspension installed as well as other parts designed for off road.
