The car was purchased new, off the lot of Desert Mini in Las Vegas.  I am the original owner of the car.  It has never been in an accident.

I recently moved to a condo in California and basically don’t have enough room for all of my cars, so I’m selling a few of them off.  The car has been in the western US mostly.  I had it in San Antonio, TX for a couple of years, and most recently 2 years in Huntsville, AL.  The car has never been in snow or on salted roads.

It has been well maintained and is in very good shape.  No door dings. No rust.  All electrical items function.  Doors and hatch close square and sound.  The interior is in very good shape, low wear for a 15 year old car.

The m7 parts – listed above -- were added to the car fairly early on.  The Shark Injector from Turner Motorsports was specifically for the Stage 1 build to run on 91 octane ACN gas (AZ, CA, NV gas). It also has an MSD coil pack, and JCW injectors.

I have almost all of the original, stock engine parts that were replaced.  I have a few m7 parts that I never had installed.

The car had a major service at ~150K miles.  That included a new clutch, tune-up, and the critical 50K supercharger oil change. Compression is good and even across all 4 cylinders.

NOTE: If you are looking at other R53 S or JCW Coopers, ask "When the supercharger oil was last changed?"  It is a 50K mi service and it is expensive.  The whole front clip, radiator and front of the engine need to come off for service.  The water pump is integrates into the supercharger unit.  Without regular service, you are courting disaster.  These units are NLA from MiniUSA.  You can purchase units from Sprintex, but the vanes are different and you'll have to retune the ECU.

The car came with the factory navigation system which occupies the center dash large circular opening.  The speedo & tach are behind the steering wheel.  It has a factory installed Harmon Kardon stereo, heated leather seats, front sun roof & front and rear fog lights. Seat adjustment is manual. I'm over 6' tall and I fit the car fine. Rear seat room is OK for kids, but adult sized people won't be very happy.
