Gateway Classic Cars of Tampa is proud to offer this 2009 Pontiac
Solstice GXP Convertible. In many ways Pontiac was just beginning
to go through a renaissance when the plug was pulled and GM
shuttered Pontiac's doors. A great example of this is the Pontiac
Kappa platform. The Solstice was originally a design exercise
authorized by Bob Lutz to generate excitement and show Pontiac was
heading in a new direction. To GM's surprise the car proved so
popular that - like the 1952 Corvette - GM decided to put one into
production. GM developed a brand-new bespoke hydro-formed chassis,
and It was shared with the Saturn Sky to help recoup cost. This
Aggressive Red Solstice GXP Convertible has only had two owners
since new and the current owner has enjoyed it for about 7 years.
Being a GXP, the car was ordered with the 260hp Ecotec 4-cylinder
engine and mated to a 5-Speed automatic transmission. This GXP only
has 5,045 miles driven since new! Options include air conditioning,
AM/FM/CD player, convertible top, cruise control, power brakes,
power steering, power locks, power windows, seat belts, leather
bucket seats, and so on! If you are a Solstice lover or even want a
fun daily driver, this super low mileage example should be the one
you want to own! This 2009 Pontic Solstice GXP Convertible is for
