Furthermore, all lights were upgraded to LED's, mirrors painted body color, and door handles replaced. The 22" Boss wheels with Toyo Proxes tires are a hefty investment in themselves! Under the hood of this restored '91 GMC is a 350 CID/5.7l V8 that was rebuilt according to the seller around 25,000 miles ago. These motors in GM light duty trucks had between 190-210hp in 1991 according to factory specifications. The 700R4 4-speed automatic transmission is a reliable unit and gives this pickup great performance on the street and the highway through the stock 10-bolt rear end.
