history, and a clean Texas life! This beautiful Roadrunner was
delivered new straight from the Assembly Plant in St. Louis Mo, to
Dishman Hale Chrysler-Plymouth in Hereford Texas in West of
Amarillo. the current owner is the 3rd, and bought it from the 2nd
owner out of Sanger Texas in 1995, under his current 26-year
history, he has driven and cared for it. In 1996 and 9600 miles ago
it received a thorough restoration, professionally sprayed in
Factory correct two-tone B7 Blue and White and shows very nicely.
Known 130,000 actual chassis mileage, meaning an easy life
averaging less than 2500 miles per year, even less with the current
long term owner. The drivetrain although not original to the car,
is correct for what the car had originally when built. The 383/400
is fitted with a Mopar cam with .284 lift and 484 duration that
gives an excellent chop and rumble through dual exhausts out the
back. The new Torqueflite 3-speed auto transmission was installed
just 500 miles ago. The underside is honest and clean. The interior
is outstanding and the car feels solid and well-sorted. If you like
big block Mopars and solid well-built cars then this is probably
the one for you! Power Steering, Factory AC, Music Master AM Radio,
are amazing original options. A few nice upgrades under the current
ownership include Crager 5 Spoke Chrome Wheels, Cooper Cobra Radial
