GT. Fully restored as a "Day 2" car, this 390CID V8 4-speed manual
equipped Torino is a period-correct boulevard bruiser. As part of
the day 2 build, the original 2bbl carb was replaced with a 4bbl
carb and a set of period correct Hooker headers were fitted to give
a bit more oomph. All the torque from the monstrous V8 is sent
through a Ford 9" rear with 3.0:1 rear gear A Marti report is
available showing the original equipment for the Torino. This
full-size muscle car was a Day 2 Concourse Gold winner at the
Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals in 2017 and was at the
Invitational display at Ford Carlisle for the 50 years of Torino in
2018. It was also a Ford FE & Race Reunion show winner in 2018!
Though it has been driven, this Torino is in astounding shape and
runs as good as it looks. With the car comes the original build
sheet, the original owner card, windows sticker, an owner's manual,
a warranty fact booklet, and a copy of the judging sheets showing a
score of 970/1000 point for Day 2 restoration. This Torino GT is a
heavily documented and very well restored example that is sure to
