Truck enthusiasts everywhere, Gateway Classic Cars is excited to
offer this 1976 Chevrolet Cheyenne long bed in our Milwaukee
showroom. Chevrolet entered the truck market competitively in 1918
with the Series 490. The 490 was sold as a chassis only. Leaving
the customer to create a truck cab and rear bed. Chevrolet also
introduced a one -ton truck ironically called the Chevrolet Model
T. It was considered the first purpose- built truck by an
automobile manufacturer. It took until 1931 before Chevrolet
started producing factory built complete trucks. Customer now could
buy a truck compete with a cab and bed of their choice straight
from the factory. This was the start of truck revolution which
still exists today. Our 1976 Chevrolet Cheyenne pickup is a fine
example taken to a new level. This Cheyenne long bed has been
customized in eye popping yellow paint with custom flames flowing
across the hood and front fenders. Accented with a custom black and
yellow vinyl interior. The body has been lowered giving it a great
looking stance. Color keyed bumpers, color keyed fiberglass tonneau
cover, Billet grille, shaved door handles (electric door poppers)
and a removable roof top create a fantastic looking truck. All
powered by a Chevy 350 cubic inch motor under the hood attached to
an automatic transmission. This 1976 Chevrolet Cheyenne pickup
comes with many desirable options such as power steering, power
brakes, power windows, power locks, tilt wheel, air conditioning
and an aftermarket AM/FM/player. "Attention getter" is the only wat
to describe this awesome customized 1976 Chevrolet Cheyenne long
