Gateway Classic Cars is poised to offer this 1973 Plymouth Cuda for
sale at the Milwaukee Showroom. There have been a few muscle cars
to achieve a "legendary" status and among them, the Cuda is one
that helps stand out from the crowd. Build on the same platform of
the Dodge Challenger, the Cuda already has good bones to look the
part of being one bad to the bone performance machine. The beauty
is coated in a beautiful purple paint courtesy of House of Kolors
accompanied by black graphics going up the side that gives a subtle
nod to the T/A model when combined with the side exit exhaust.
Under the hood of this legendary Mopar lies a 340 cubic inch small
block LA V8 that has been upgraded by Motor Masters of Hartford by
punching the pistons .060 over, adding X-code heads, roller
rockers, and an aftermarket camshaft which makes for a good
improvement of power over stock on a complete rebuild resulting in
a healthy 426 horsepower on 430 ft/lbs of torque. The healthy
engine makes its exhale through a set of Hooker longtube headers.
The 340 is bolted to a 727 Torqueflight 3-speed automatic
transmission which shifts and engages smoothly with a 2500 stall
converted sandwiched between the motor and trans. All this power is
transferred back to a 8.75" rear axle which features a SureGrip
limited slip differential and a 3:55 gear ratio. The Cuda is loaded
up with air conditioning, power brakes, and power steering to make
this thrill ride move along with ease. The market has been
skyrocketing on Mopar so one should not miss the opportunity to be
the proud owner of a legend like this. This 1973 Plymouth Cuda is
available at our Milwaukee Showroom at Gateway Classic Cars and can
