Gateway Classic Cars is proud to present this 1950 Chevrolet 3800
Panel Truck for sale in our Indianapolis showroom. In 1947, General
Motors introduced the "Advance Design" truck series with was the
first major design post-WWII and ran through the 1955 model year.
This series was billed as a bigger, stronger, and sleeker design
compared to its predecessor, the "AK Series" truck line. The same
basic design family was used for all of its trucks including the
Suburban, panel trucks, canopy express, and cab-overs. This 1950
Chevrolet Panel Truck is powered by a 216 Cubic Inch Inline 6
engine, mated to a 4-speed synchro-mesh transmission. This Panel
Truck is also equipped with the Hypoid Gear Full Floating rear end
with a 5.14 to 1 gear ratio. With 37,858 miles on this truck, it is
ready for its next adventure. The green paint maintains a very
classic look, and the tan interior with red seats does as well. The
owner of the vehicle has a folder of receipts for repairs
throughout the 25 years his family owned the vehicle and has lots
of extra parts available to the new owner if desired. This 1950
Chevrolet Panel Truck is for sale in our Indianapolis showroom and
can be seen in fantastic detail including 100+ HD photos and an HD
