Corvette. The 5th generation (or "C5") Corvette was a staple in
recent automotive history, as it brought with it the 3rd generation
of Chevrolets small block V8 commonly referred to as "LS" engines.
This being the first iteration was called the LS1 and while
displacement dropped to 346 cubic inches, power was bumped to 345
horsepower and 350lbs of torque! All of that power passes through a
4L60E 4-speed automatic overdrive transmission putting power down
through the wide 18" wheels wrapped in performance 275 width tires.
This example is wearing the aptly named "Millennium Yellow" paint
over a black leather interior. Though this 'Vette has almost 35,000
miles, it has been taken care of very well since new and the
condition reflects that. The paint still shines, the leather is
soft, and the glass is crystal clear. The transmission jumps from
gear to gear precisely and quickly without being too firm. The
engine revs out like a song and pulls like a freight train. Clean,
low mileage C5s have been going up in value over the last decade
