Every once in a while Cooper Classics who has been in business for 43 years gets a very special car. This 1964 356SC Coupe, presented in Silver over Red is that car - and checks all the requisite boxes. This car has had one lifelong family owner from new, with its original Bill of Sale in hand. We acquired the car from the son in-law of the original owner, who commissioned a multi-year long nut and bolt restoration of the car at marque experts, Klasse 356. During this process, the car was re-painted in Silver, from white. Currently showing 82,000 original miles, this 356SC has been well cared for its entire life. Just prior to our acquisition, we installed a new set of tires, had the carbs tuned, and adjusted the valves. Resulting in an excellently performing car that takes command of any highway. During the restoration and subsequent engine rebuild, an 86MM Big-Bore kit was installed on the original matching numbers engine, upping the power past SC specs, which has only done 500 mile since the restoration.
