For Sale: 1963 Ford Falcon in Volo, Illinois

Vehicle Description

This is a fun, spunky little convertible! I drove it and had a blast. It's quick, handles great and that shifter clicks through the gears effortlessly. 5th gear really drops the RPMs and makes it a highway cruiser. CA/AZ rust free car. 66,000 actual miles,, marked actual on Arizona title. From a very prominent Ford collector.

EXTERIOR: It is glossy, the paint and trim. It lived in Arizona, the body is rust free. It's absolutely straight, everything fits real square. There's no bubbles or issues. It was repainted it's original Glacier blue color. The metal flake is laid out very evenly, it has a deep clear coat that is polished like glass. The jambs are glossy and have new weatherstrips. The chrome and stainless is all restored and sparkling. Up front it has show quality chrome on the bumper, the grill looks new. The gunsights on top of the fenders, emblems and hood scoop trim looks new. The moldings down the sides and around the windshield is polished like chrome. The door handles, vent window frames and trim around the top opening look new. In back the bumper has show quality chrome, the trim looks like it's new, the cool trunk lock cover is new. The white power top is new, the weatherstrips were replaced. It has 15 inch 50th anniversary American Racing polished wheels, tires look new.

INTERIOR: The bucket seats have new cushions and the new correct upholstery fits tight as a drum. It has a factory center console. The dash lights up light blue like the car. The dash pad is new and fits perfectly. All the metal is painted as slick as the outside of the car. All the chrome trim inside this car sparkles. It has a retro digital stereo with kick panel speakers. New gauge cluster right below the dash. New glovebox liner. Down on the floor it has nice blue carpet, new blue seat belt front and back. The door panels and armrests have been replaced. The window cranks and handles look new. The visors were reupholstered, new mirror.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Performance built 302 has aluminum heads, polished intake, Edelbrock carb and a set of coated headers. Pro Comp ignition system. The alternator and fuel pump are chrome. A tall set of polished valve covers matching the oval air cleaner. An aluminum radiator keeps it running cool. It has as a CPP chrome dual brake reservoir. The engine bay is perfectly clean metal painted satin black, has custom support bars. Under the hood is glossy like petarIt has an MSD ignition system.

TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Inside the trunk is all rust free metal and resprayed same glossy blue paint. The trunk mat, well liner and weatherstrip look new. The battery has been relocated to the trunk.

UNDERSIDE: Bottom of the motor has a Chrome oil pan, new starter. Upgraded to a 5-speed with hydraulic clutch. The front end is all rebuilt- bushings, balljoints, shocks. It has air shocks in back. The fuel tank and sending unit is new, has stainless braided line. It has a great sounding exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers and turn down tips. It was upgraded with disc brakes in front. The floors are super clean, original metal. The frame rails, factory spot welds are immaculate. Lower inner quarters are rust free original too.

This isn't our most expensive car, but it is one of my favorites! It is a good looker and really fun to drive. The condition will make you proud to own it too.
