For Sale: 2011 Chevrolet Camaro in Seekonk, Massachusetts

This 2011 Chevrolet Camaro 2SS Supercharged 550HP Custom has 6,600 original miles and is one awesome street machine. It was built for the 2011 SEMA Show by “Hot Rides by Dean”. A claimed $65,000 was invested in the cost of car and build. It sports all of its gorgeous original Summit White paint which was tested with an electronic paint meter. A set of black racing stripes were painted on and clear coated over which look amazing. Some upgrades include tinted windows, custom emblems, 22” factory reproduction black wheels w/ Nitto Invo tires, Magnacharger Supercharger, Corsa exhaust system, Baer brakes, Hotchkis and Eibach suspension. This car is in excellent overall condition and has a clean Car fax report that is included. The car is powered by a 6.2 Supercharged V8 w/ 550HP and a 6-speed manual transmission.

As the Monroney Label that was ordered by MS CLASSIC CARS indicates this car was built as a 2011 Chevrolet Camaro 2dr Coupe 2SS that had a Summit White exterior with a Beige and Black interior. The factory installed options included the RS package, ground effects package, front license plate bracket and cargo mat. As the clean one owner Car Fax report indicates the car was sold new on July 17th, 2010 by Paradise Chevrolet located in Ventura, CA. The car was built for the 2011 SEMA Show by “Hot Rides by Dean” located in Moorpark, CA. The car is known as the “Hot Rides by Dean’s 2011 Chevy Camaro”. It was featured on one of the January 2011 California Car Cover catalog covers. An article from California Car Cover that documents this information was printed off the internet and included. On January 29th, 2013 the car was sold with 5,586 original miles to a private collector with a dealer’s license in Scottsbluff, NE. Since the private collector has a dealer license it doesn’t count as an owner on the Car Fax report. The car was purchased from the private collector recently by MS CLASSIC CARS and currently has 6,600 original miles.

The exterior of this car is in excellent overall condition. It’s reflective of a vehicle with only 6,600 original miles. The car has a striking appearance with its unique design and appearance. It’s equipped with the GM factory RS package with the ground effect package. The ground effects were painted the same color as the body. The body is free of any dings or dents. It retains 100% of its original factory paint which was tested with an electronic paint meter. The Summit White paint is in show quality condition and fits this car like a glove. During the build black racing stripes were painted and clear coated over which look amazing. It has recently been detailed to a brilliant shine. The black upper/lower grille and rear bumper exhaust outlets look great with the white paint. During the build the GM factory chrome emblems, badges and bezels were removed. New emblems, badges and bezels were painted and re-installed. During the build all the windows were professionally tinted and look killer. The factory high intensity headlights with halo design look so sweet when turned on. The factory 20” wheels were removed during the build and replaced with 22” factory reproduction black wheels. These wheels fill the wheel wells better which adds character. MS CLASSIC CARS had four new Nitto Invo tires installed that are 265-30-22 on the front and 285-30-22 on the rear. These are great tires and handle the road excellent.

The interior of this car is also in excellent condition. It’s reflective of a vehicle with only 6,600 original miles. Surprisingly the interior is spacious for a sports car. The Beige and Black interior complements the exterior perfectly. The headliner, dash, console, portion of seats, portion of door panels and carpeting is black. The seat surfaces are beige and a portion of the door panels have a silver trim piece. The door sills have a carbon fiber design and read Chevrolet. The car is loaded with factory standard equipment such heads up display, tilt telescopic steering wheel, power windows, power and heated mirrors, power locks, power driver’s seat, partial passenger power seat, cruise control, air conditioning and Boston Acoustics premium 9-speaker system. The trunk compartment is also spacious for a sports car. MS CLASSIC CARS ordered a Monroney Label for this car based off the option codes which is pictured in the photo gallery and included.
The engine compartment is highly detailed throughout with the perfect touch of custom touches. It’s reflective of a vehicle with only 6,600 original miles. It still retains all the factory tags and stickers. The original 6.2 Liter SFI V8 engine was outfitted with a new Magnacharger Supercharger during the build. The 6.2 Liter SFI V8 is factory rated with 426HP. The Magnacharger Supercharger adds an additional 120HP. So the combination is around 550HP! The red supercharger and white valve covers that were added during the build really make the engine compartment pop. This engine runs and sounds excellent. It’s equipped with a Hotchkis strut tower brace that was added during the build. This Hotchkis strut tower brace is very visible in the engine compartment which looks beefy. The engine breathes through a Corsa cat back exhaust system that was added during the build. This is a great exhaust system that sounds awesome especially when you’re a higher RPM levels. The engine is coupled the original 6-speed manual transmission and 3.45 axle ratio which provides great driveability for all types of usage.

The undercarriage is also highly detailed throughout with the perfect touch of custom touches. It’s reflective of a vehicle with only 6,600 original miles. It still retains all the factory paint marks and tags. It’s equipped with a Hotchkis chassis max brace and Hotchkis sway bars which were both added during the build. It’s equipped Eibach Pro kit lowering springs that were added during the build. Its BAER 6-piston calipers big brake kit front and rear that were added during the build. This BAER braking system alone is $8,000 to give an idea of how much money was invested in this build.

As the clean Car Fax report indicates it has an open recall which is for the flip key transmitter. The GM dealer will replace that with a different style at no charge. Most people don’t like the replacement key as much as the flip key transmitter. The new owner can decide what their preference is. One key and all the original owners’ manuals are included.
